“What I find amazing about working at ANCA is the diversity of people and customers I work and interact with. I find it incredible that an Australian company has branches and customers all around the world and is considered one the best in its field,” said Daniel. Daniel designs and implements custom software solutions for customers around the globe and he enjoys the autonomy that he has to do this. Daniel did not expect his role in software to include working so closely with the 5-axis tool grinding machines that ANCA produces. Taking this hands-on element a step further Daniel was proud to travel to Korea to work directly with a customer. Daniel said: “It was incredibly rewarding working with our customer and seeing how their factories operated.”
