Naim describes his role at ANCA Motion as challenging but with rewards. Naim said: “It's so satisfying to be on a team that designs and builds a product from the ground up, and sometimes even get to travel internationally to see customers happy and eager to use it. Seeing a software solution I wrote create a physical part in the exact way I wanted is the most enjoyable part of my job.”
Naim figures out what customers need in a manufacturing machine and builds a package that anyone can effectively use to do it. Being a software engineer Naim did not also expect to learn so much about hardware products or to move into a project lead role, but this role “set up a huge challenge and showed the investment that the company has put into me.”
