About the Role:

We are currently seeking an Aftermarket Team Leader to join our team located in our Bayswater Head Office.  Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, you will manage the Aftermarket team to ensure customer field issues are resolved efficiently to the customer’s satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Aftermarket team to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Coordinate aftermarket processes and procedures to ensure quality service offering.
  • Maintain aftermarket information within the Service Database to produce required reports and quotations.
  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues within the field.
  • Manage the triage, diagnoses, and repair of components within multiple locations.
  • Manage test tools required in triaging, diagnosing, and repairing of products.
  • Work alongside the engineering development team to solve complex issues.
  • Manage service inventory, spare parts, safety stock and customer warranty claims.
  • Work with the engineering team during the early product development stage to improve product quality and serviceability.
  • Assist in developing the overall Aftermarket company objectives and global customer message.


Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar field.  Previous Electronics/Automation background is advantageous.
  • Mandarin speaking, reading, and writing is highly regarded.
  • Strong focus on customer service and support.
  • Excellent customer facing skills and ability to develop ongoing relationships with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated PC Skills (excel, word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to meet deadlines, plan and organise work priorities.
  • Overseas and interstate travel may be required.
