We are currently seeking an Applications Engineer to join our team located in our Bayswater Head Office.

 
 

About the Role:

 

Reporting to the Applications Engineering Team Leader, this exciting opportunity will see you providing technical support to our business and customers. You will provide the interface between customers, sales, support, marketing and engineering for ANCA Motion controls and products as well as influencing key aspects of product development. 

 
 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Scoping and project managing of customer requirements
  • Technology demonstrations
  • Prototyping / mock-ups of HMI’s / Part programs etc.
  • Managing and supporting the integration of ANCA Motion products in the field
  • Providing and assisting in software application development including PP / PLC /
  • Pre-sales support to provide assurances to the potential client that the product will work as per their needs/requirements
  • Supporting ANCA Motion with customer sales enquires
  • Providing written monthly reports outlining achievements, progress, challenges, tasks completed and tasks in progress
 
 

Required Skills & Knowledge:

 
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • A strong ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Previous manufacturing experience using an MRP system is desirable
