We are currently seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our team located in our Bayswater Head Office.
 
 

About the Role:

 
Reporting to the Hardware Engineering Team Leader this exciting opportunity will see you providing support to the development activities of the Engineering team. You will provide administration experience in the Product Lifecycle Management system (PLM), change control processes and part status control. You will also assist with the creation of Product User Manuals and diagrams as directed by Engineers.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Update existing product User Manuals (text and diagrams) and other customer facing documentation as required and manage the revision control within the quality management system.
  • Support Engineering with general administration work within the Product Lifecycle Management system.
  • Work with Engineering and Procurement/Production teams as directed.
  • Attend daily team meetings to be informed about current activities and projects.
 
 

Required Skills & Knowledge:

 
  • Proactive and self-learning.
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to review your own work.
  • Enjoys working as part of a broader team to ensure company success.
  • Previous experience in a technical role is advantageous.
  • Experience in MS office (Word, Excel & Visio).
