About this Postion: 

As an Internal Logistics Supervisor at ANCA, you will be responsible to support and direct stores employees and activities, to ensure the timely and accurate flow of materials through to the required business units and internal customers. These activities need to be performed safely, timely, accurately, and cost-effectively.
This position is key to ensuring staff under your control support production and the associated services, to meet their various production and shipping deadlines on time and in full.


  • Monitoring the picking and delivery load daily across Standard build, MP5/P, Configuration, Accessories, Machine Shop, Paint Shop, Mould Shop, Spindle Room, Linear Motor Room, Spare Parts, and Engineering, and allocating resources as required to meet KPI’s
  • Ensuring that transactional accuracy is paramount at all times across all material movements
  • Ensuring the completion of work schedules in line with the production/build/manufacturing plans and schedules for delivery of machines
  • Ensuring milk run schedules across the plant are followed in accordance with set process times and drop off points
  • Implementing new milk runs as and where required and monitoring their progress
  • Maintaining and updating daily visual reports using QAD, Microsoft packages and other programs as required, to communicate data on area KPI’s to stores team and management
  • Reporting on, and escalating as required, quality issues and initiating NCRs and CAPAs
  • Weekly and monthly 5S audits conducted, and development plans to improve 5S are updated and actioned regularly in conjunction with APS requirements
  •  Improvement ideas are driven through the staff culture, these ideas are reviewed regularly and implemented monthly and in conjunction with APS and EBA requirements
  • Monitoring and assisting with performance management of staff within their designated area
  • Ensuring the completion of MHE logbooks by staff within their designated area
  • Actively being involved in APS and other projects as required
  • Ensuring staff conduct cycle counting as per their roster to ensure monthly targets are achieved, and to escalate if not completed
  • Conducting and monitoring the training and development of new and existing staff, to maintain the skills and knowledge required to undertake required functions
  • Identifying and reporting risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Attend and leading daily meetings as required
  • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of reporting as required
  • Ensuring daily and weekly 5S is maintained and actioned and conduct follow ups with employees if not
  •  Conducting routine safety audits and incident investigations with HSR and actioning issues identified promptly
  •  Ensuring security across the site during their shift is maintained, inclusive of site lock up at completion of shift where required.
  • Taking responsibility for the health and safety of all employees across the site during the shift
Key Competencies:
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience and a Forklift license.

  • Computer Skills – proficient in basic MS Office and desirable knowledge of QAD
  • Ability to lead and act in a Safe manner, especially around the use of company material handling equipment as per OH&S Policies and Procedure
  • An ASIC White Card and Qualification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
