ANCA Motion’s unique software modules and patented technology allows our customers to configure these components into efficient and innovative solutions.  Our control systems are used in many applications ranging from complex five axes machine tools to two axes profile cutters and single axis standalone applications.

We are currently seeking a Product Manager in our Bayswater Head Office

About this Role:

As a Product Manager at ANCA Motion, you’ll be responsible to take ownership of all aspects of the product throughout its entire life cycle,  Provide product knowledge and direction and oversee the assigned aspects of the ANCA Motion Grinding Application Solutions to meet market expectation and to meet agreed company objectives.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Develop and maintain AM’s product roadmap for the global market, in collaboration with Engineering, R&D and Support teams within ANCA Motion road mapping process.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from product conception to end of product lifetime.
  • Develop and maintenance the Communication House as well as planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities for responsible applications.
  • Maintain necessary contact with customers and industries to achieve company objectives.
  • Responsible for product related content for printed material relating to products including brochures.
  • Propose and manage marketing budget for responsible applications including promotional marketing campaigns, exhibitions, demonstration rigs, market reports, travels, etc.
  • Develop and recommend annual sales forecasts along with sales teams, propose budgets and advise management on the strategies required to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships with suppliers and partners for key products and technologies.​

​Key Competencies:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification(s), preferably post graduate with 6 – 8 years of experience in related marketing or engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to Identify and respond to stakeholder's underlying needs, using understanding of stakeholder's organisational context to ensure outcomes are achieved and finding innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues.
  • Demonstrated ability in making rational and sound decisions based on a consideration of facts and alternatives, making tough decisions
  • Familiarity with general machine tools industry (e.g. turning, milling, machining centre) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of software products and particularly software for industrial applications is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Demonstrates and maintains a high attention to detail.
  • Able to meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
