About the Role:
We are currently seeking a
Regional Sales Manager
to join our team located in the United States. This role is remote, and open to individuals within upstate New York and Massachusetts.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing the market in the Northeast. We are looking for a self-starter who is dedicated to achieving sales goals and developing new business, whilst fostering relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Feed market intelligence into ANCA marketing and business planning processes.
Ensure that sales budgets are met/surpassed for your region utilizing a network of dealers.
Track and report all sales activities.
Be a partner and resource for your customers, ensuring and improving customer satisfaction.
Researching the market, organizations, and individuals to find new opportunities in your region.
Attracting new customers while also increasing the value or existing customers.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Must have business acumen.
Excellent people management skills.
Understands business culture & machine tool markets within the USA.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Ability to excel with minimal guidance and be proactive.
