About the Role:

Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager, this exciting opportunity will see you providing excellent support to customers and the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organisation. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting on customer forecast and sales performance.
  • Entering sales orders in the MRP System as well as maintaining the system price lists.
  • Invoicing and ensuring customers get their parts on time by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Maintaining the CRM database.
  • Maintaining and processing customer credit claims.
  • Providing support to the internal branch Sales Coordinators.
  • Providing responsive answers to customer’s enquiries.


Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Previous manufacturing experience using an MRP system is desirable.
