About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Spindle Rebuilder to join our team located in our
Wixom, MI.
Reporting to the
U.S. Operations Manager
you will be responsible for evaluating and rebuilding spindles, and meeting agreed and established timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and focused.

Key Responsibilities:
Rebuild spindles per ANCA engineering specifications and procedures meeting all production and shipping deadlines on time and in full.
Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical rebuild issues.
Forecast materials needed to complete current and future rebuilds.
Assist the department manager in the performance monitoring and reporting of the rebuild department.
Complete rebuild quality reports and upload them to the customer database.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
A minimum of 3 years experience in assembling/rebuilding spindles or high-precision assemblies.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, sketches, and work instructions.
Demonstrated ability to use and interpret inspection equipment such as micrometers, verniers, and DTI’s.
High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to meet deadlines, plan and organize work priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and lead teams where required.
