Quality Policy Statement

 
Our policy at ANCA is to promote, market and sell our machines and services in an ethical and professional manner throughout the world and provide competitive financial returns to our customers and investors on a continuing basis.
 
To achieve this, we will:
 
  • Establish a framework for developing and reviewing quality objectives and targets.
 
  • Ensure our machines and service meet the current international and national standards and statutory acts for which the machines and service has been designed/supplied.
 
  • Ensure that hazards associated in the use of our machines are identified and risks to quality, health and safety are assessed and controlled.
 
  • Understand, eliminate or where this is not practicable, minimise risks to quality, health and safety arising from the operations of our machines.
 
  • Provide a safe working environment which promotes team work, innovation, and training to enhance the skills of our staff.
 
  • Regular management reviews and internal audits form the basis for our ISO9001 quality management system which is continually revised and improved to meet our business and customer expectations. The system is then reviewed by an approved certification body.
