Meet some of our CEO Award winners

ANCA's annual CEO Awards celebrate the exceptional achievements of our people, providing an opportunity to recognise individuals and teams who exemplify our core values: Talent, Teamwork, Innovation, Safety, and Customer Focus.
Teerawat
"My pride doesn’t come from awards, but from seeing the apprentices I’ve developed grow alongside the organisation and contribute to its success.”

Since launching ANCA Thailand’s Apprentice Program in 2019, Teerawat has helped shape the future of our workforce - mentoring young technicians and ensuring they’re ready to thrive. His dedication has seen multiple apprentices graduate into roles across commissioning, projects and service.

Teerawat notes that it is the people at ANCA that sets us apart, those that continuously develop their skills, contribute new ideas, and maintain a positive attitude - and this begins with our apprentices.

Beyond mentoring, Teerawat models lifelong learning - earning over 15 certificates during COVID to sharpen his skills, and he continually puts his focus on learning to keep up with technological advances. He embodies our values through his personal growth and commitment to developing others.

Steven
"The best way to understand cutting tools is to grind them yourself.”

Steven, with over 20 years of experience, is a cornerstone of ANCA’s technical excellence in China. As the Grinding Centre Manager, he’s shaped our position in the market by supporting sales with tool samples and training. Steven sees his guiding role as doing his best to maintain ANCA's good reputation in the market.

His approach blends hands-on skill with theory - leading innovations like ball gash oscillation testing and ToolRoom enhancements. As primarily an application engineer, Steven relishes everything involved in this role.

Sanal
"What helps me create impactful solutions is a combination of hands-on experience, collaboration, and always being open to new ideas.”

Sanal doesn’t just build machine spindles - he transforms them. As a Senior Operator, he’s saved ANCA thousands through efficiency gains and cost-cutting projects, including a clever fixture that optimises drawbar clamp force in FX machines. This resulted from working with the ME team and machine shop to create fixtures to test the drawbar clamp force during the sub-assembly, and testing over 50 assemblies.

Sanal also stepped in to manage aftersales spindle rebuilds when no one else could. That sense of ownership and initiative reflects ANCA’s Innovation, Teamwork, and Customer Focus values - driving results from the ground up.

Kyle

Kyle didn’t just step up - he elevated safety across ANCA by leading crane awareness training that now reaches every shift. With his fitter background and people-first mindset, Kyle shows that Safety and Teamwork go hand in hand.

His calm, hands-on training style has improved culture, boosted compliance, and saved significant costs and time. While his safety-always mindset is always engaged, Kyle also really enjoys working in Projects, and diving into the variety of activities that he can tackle, using his experience as a fitter to problem solve and advise on design challenges.
